My husband Don and I have been visiting Cromarty for many years now. We were delighted to see this picture of Don's grandparents on the website recently. Many thanks to Alexandra (Don's cousin) for putting this on.

Hello Alexandra - It seems that I got you mixed up with Nora Watson in picture #1242 with reference to my comments as follows:

"I belive we have E-mailed each other in the past regarding the genealogy of the Patience and Reid families in the R&C areas of the Black Isle."

Are you related to Nora and Clem Watson as well?
Great photo of your parents shown here!!

I wish Avoch had a website like this too, even though I realize, and I am thankful that the AHA - Avoch Heritage Association - made a substantial contibution of representable photos to this project as well!!

Best Regards from Gerald in Ontario, Canada
